Is the free gas available right away?
Once the certificate is registered gas is awarded as a $25 monthly rebate.

What if $100 is not spent in a month?
That month is forfeited but the balance of the program remains intact.

Does the $100 all have to be in gas...or can purchases inside the store count towards it too?

The $100.00 spending requirement pertains to fuel only. In store purchases do not qualify. You may however use your Gift card for both in-store purchases and fuel.

How many rebates can I use in a month?
One rebate per month per household.

Can the $25 card be used on items besides gas?
The gas cards are the same gift cards that are sold at major gas stations, individual terms apply.

Why does a specific brand of gas need to be selected?


In order to provide this program, we need to know in advance the brand of gas used in order to provide the gift card for the particular brand of gas selected. In some cases, if a gift card is not available for a selected brand, a major brand credit gift card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) will be substituted.

Is it loyalty to any gas station brand or just the specific ones listed?
All of the major nationwide gasoline brands are listed and included in the program. Click here

How long are the certificates valid?
Prior to registration the certificates have no shelf life.

Does the months clock start ticking once a certificate is registered?
The monthly rebates begin approximately 6 weeks after the certificate is registered.

Is there a toll-free number for customer service?

A Personal Redemption Agent with a toll-free access number is assigned with the first $25 gas card.

What hours is customer service available?

Customer Service can be reached 24 hours a day by email: info@pumpitupgas.com. Personal Redemption Agents are available 10am to 4pm EST Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

During online registration, can all monthly vouchers be printed at one time?
Yes.
